WhatsApp notification

If you have received a warning from our system about a customer complaint regarding a WhatsApp message from you.

Why did I receive this message?

You received it because your personal WhatsApp number is listed in one of the profiles as the manager's number.

What is this complaint about?

A user decided they no longer wanted to receive messages from the number linked to your bot. We cannot tell you who it was; that information is unavailable. Nor can we determine which message prompted the response. It may have been a report or they may have blocked you as a sender (these are 2 different buttons in the messenger). What we can say is that such reports or recipient blocks can lead to your number being blocked by WhatsApp.

What should I do?

– If you send messages that may provoke a negative response (bulk campaigns, lost-customer re-engagement, cross-selling), disable them for today. If you have difficulty doing this yourself, contact our technical support.

– If you only send service messages (appointment status updates and reminders) and this is the first complaint today, you need not take any action yet. One complaint will not lead to a block, and given the nature of your messages, further complaints are unlikely.

– If this is not the first complaint today, or you are very concerned about being blocked and wish to eliminate even the smallest possibility, click the link we sent in the notification and we will immediately block all template messages and bulk campaigns from your account. To resume sending, contact technical support during business hours.
